Barbara E. Allushuski

Barbara Allushuski is Vice President of Right Management’s Great Lakes Region. 

She joined Right Management in September of 2008 and is responsible for overseeing the operations of all offices in the Great Lakes Region, including Southfield, Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo and Toledo; leading the organizational consulting, key executive practice and business development activities; and maintaining customer relationships. 

Business/Organizational Leadership Experience

Barbara has over 25 years of experience in various executive and managerial positions in all aspects of corporate human resources, including executive compensation, employee benefits, organizational development, labor relations and talent management.  Her proven experience in leadership, organizational development and providing quality client service complement Right Management’s goals for business growth within the Great Lakes Region.

Previously, Barbara served as Worldwide Partner and Midwest Zone Leader for Mercer where she managed several automotive relationships, maintained close relationships with all of Mercer’s primary clients, and assisted consultants in all aspects of delivering integrated business solutions. 

Some of Barbara’s previous positions include:  Senior Vice President & Managing Director for Interim Career Consulting, Vice President of Human Resources for Little Caesar Enterprise, Senior Corporate Vice President for AAA Michigan and Manager, Contract Administration & Arbitration for General Motors Corporation. 

Barbara is very active in the community she serves.  She is involved in the American Heart Association having served as chairperson of the 2005 Go Red for Women annual event.  She is also a board member and Vice Chairman of the Detroit Regional Chamber, board member of the Detroit Renaissance Club, and she serves on the Athletic Committee of the Detroit Athletic Club and the Human Resources Committee of the Detroit Symphony Orchestra.  She is a previous board member of Select Care, Inc., Henry Ford Health System – Fairlane, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan Corporate Board, and a former trustee of Ohio University Foundation Board.
