Jeremy Borys completed his Dissertation entitled, "Emotional Intelligence and Low-Wage Labor," and earned his doctorate from Wayne State University in December of 2004 in the field of Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Jeremy specializes in areas of leadership development, organizational culture, training, and employee motivation. His areas of expertise center on test development/item development, data collection, and analysis, and he is adept at creating structured interviews, employee surveys, and tailored personality inventories.
