David has over 26 years
experience in marketing, human resources and management consulting. He spent 14
years as a human resources practitioner in the automotive and consumer products
industries where he was involved in start-up, turnaround and downsizing
situations. Specific experience includes Training, Organizational Development,
Employment and Employee Relations. He also has extensive experience in national
recruiting, succession planning and performance management systems.
In addition to his extensive
experience in human resources, he regularly consults with top management
regarding organizational restructuring, management effectiveness, leadership
development, and change management processes. He has been instrumental in the
design of global restructuring programs for several Fortune 500 organizations,
resulting in efficient, cost effective solutions to manage reorganization
efforts.
David has also been involved in many organizational development projects.
David has conducted numerous
leadership and career development seminars and has made appearances on radio
and television, discussing career-related issues.
Education
David earned his BS Degree and
MBA from the
University of
Detroit. He is a member of the Human Resources
Association and The Marketing and Sales Executives of Detroit.
