Professional Profile

Rich is a Professional Services Consultant with 12 years of experience in management development and career transition.  He is committed to helping his clients manage the human side of change in their business endeavors, as well as encouraging them to be successfully engaged in managing their own careers.  He has facilitated classes focusing on improving effectiveness in the workplace, including: supervisory coaching, performance consulting, 360° feedback assessments, experiential teambuilding, project management, and more.  He has also served as adjunct faculty at Western Michigan University, and has been a guest speaker at Davenport University, Kalamazoo Valley Community College , and several national conventions.  Prior to his career in human resource management, Rich had a 13-year history in real estate, where he owned and operated a real estate management company in Kalamazoo .

Education

Rich is certified and experienced in more than 30 programs relevant to his role as a management and career consultant, and has both a Master's and Bachelor's degree from Western Michigan University . His graduate work was in Human Resource Development and undergraduate focus was Human Services Psychology and General Business.
