Professional Profile
Scott DuBose is Vice President,
Key Executive Services, Detroit Office.
Scott has been involved in career management
and organization consulting for the past 17
years. Prior to joining Right Management
Consultants, he was with Exxon Corporation
where he served in Senior Human Resource
Management roles in a variety of domestic
and international assignments. His
assignments ranged from Human Resources
Manager for Exxon Research and Engineering,
to Compensation and Benefits Manager for
Esso Exploration, Inc., Exxon’s
international exploration company.
Scott also served as an officer with the United
States Army Corps of Engineers and was provided
an “all-expenses-paid” tour of Vietnam, courtesy
of Uncle Sam.
He is a member of Leadership Detroit, and
founder of the Kirk In The Hills weekly career
management / transition program, a voluntary
community outreach for individuals seeking new
opportunities. He has also been actively
involved over the years as a Big Brother, and
served as president of the Contra Costa County,
CA Employers’ Association, where he received the
Distinguished Service Award. Scott is also a
recipient of the Community Service Award from
the Michigan Association of Personnel Services.
Education
Mr. DuBose holds an M.S. degree in
Industrial Administration from the Krannert
Business School, Purdue University, and a
B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson
University. He is a member of Tau Beta Pi,
the national engineering honor society, and
the national scholastic honor society of Phi
Kappa Phi.
