departure of high potential leaders.
·
Executive Coaching - Worked with executives and company sponsors
interested in developing their skills, abilities, and style to move from being
very effective to exceptional. Also

technical skills, are derailing due to personal behaviors.
·
Organization Alignment and Performance - Working with CEOs and
executive teams of two recently merged manufacturing firms, developed a process
for getting bottom line results and establishing a new organizational culture. Results

redundancies, integrated leadership, alignment of key strategies, active

policies.
