Professional Profile

Since joining Right in 1998, Ms. Jantzen has held positions of increasing responsibility, managing large global accounts to assure continuous client satisfaction with services provided by Right.

Prior to joining Right, Polly had over twelve years of experience as an Officer of a national, publicly traded health care company.  Ms. Jantzen's accomplishments included full P & L responsibility for six national operating and service departments, including the most profitable product line of the company. In addition, Ms. Jantzen was a member of the executive management committee that participated in due diligence, and the development of strategic plans for a multi-million dollar company that was acquired four times in five years.   Most notably, Ms. Jantzen's leadership position in a rapidly changing national company brings a unique perspective to her work with clients and candidates experiencing transitions, specifically related to change management.

Education

Ms. Jantzen has a B.S. in Nursing and Psychology from Michigan State University, an M.P.H. from the University of Michigan, with additional graduate work in the university's MBA program.
