Kathy has a prominent reputation in the global
human resources industry as a leader with the
ability to assess and build leadership
capabilities while effectively managing and
implementing complex organizational changes.
Previously, Kathy served as senior vice
president and chief administrative officer for
DaimlerChrysler, and executive director of human
resources at Ford Motor Company.
In her new position, Kathy’s primary
responsibilities include overseeing the
operations of all offices in the Great Lakes
Region including Southfield, Grand Rapids,
Kalamazoo and Toledo; leading the organizational
consulting, key executive practice and business
development activities; and maintaining customer
relationships.
Her proven experience in leadership and
organizational development, mergers,
acquisitions, and corporate governance are
strategic complements to Right’s goals for
business growth within the Great Lakes Region.
Kathy has received widespread recognition for
her professional achievements. She was featured
in Human Resource World’s “Top 50 HR
Executives in the World” (2000); Automotive
News’ “100 Leading Women in North American
Auto Industry” (2000); and Crain’s Detroit
Business’ “Top 100 Women in Michigan”
(1997).
Kathy is active in the community. She currently
serves on boards for Inforum Center for
Leadership, Marygrove College, Michigan Virtual
University, Junior Achievement of Southeast
Michigan, the Heart Association, and the
Advisory Board for Automotive Women’s
Association.
Currently, Kathy resides in Bloomfield Hills
with her husband Larry.
Education
Kathy holds a Master of Science degree in
personnel management from Central Michigan
University. In addition, she completed Duke
University’s advanced management program and the
University of Michigan’s advanced human resource
executive program. |
