John A. Patricolo

Professional Profile

John serves as Executive Vice President, Professional Services, for the Great Lakes Region of Right Management Consultants.  He focuses on the design, development, training and quality control of career transition services delivered throughout the offices that make up the Great Lakes Region.  John is a member of the Executive Committee that manages the overall operations of the Region.

Along with his management responsibilities, John is active in Right’s organizational consulting practice.  This practice focuses on organizational performance, leadership development and talent management.

John has had extensive and diverse experience in the planning, design and management of human resource services and products.  Additionally, he has administered and managed the human resource functions for a major industrial communication and training firm, a Top 20 advertising agency and for a prepaid health care insurance company.

Education

John earned his BA from Wayne State University and has completed graduate work in both Human Resource Management and Education.  John is certified to administer and interpret various assessments, including:  Benchmarks 360 (Center for Creative Leadership), The Birkman, Leadership Effectiveness Analysis (MRG) and various instruments published by Human Synergistics, Inc.
