Jeanne Wiest is Vice
President, Career Management Consultant for the
West Michigan offices of Right Management’s
Great Lakes Region.
Consulting Experience
Jeanne is an
experienced organizational development and human
resources professional. She has conducted
numerous coaching sessions and workshops
focusing on employee development, career
management and leader development planning. Her
areas of expertise include; recruiting and
retention, employee relations, performance
management systems, leader development coaching,
needs analysis, leadership competency
identification, succession planning, performance
feedback, EEOC regulations and training program
development and facilitation.
Prior to joining Right Management, Jeanne was
employed by Steelcase, the global leader in the
office furniture industry and Magna Donnelly a
global Tier I supplier to the automotive
industry. During her 25-year employment history,
she held positions in Training and Development,
Employment Recruiting, EEOC regulations,
Diversity Consulting, Employee Relations and was
the owner of a Career Transition company. As a
Training Consultant for Magna Donnelly, Jeanne
successfully increased employee satisfaction
ratings for training and development from 65% to
95% through the implementation of new programs,
leadership coaching and employee development
plans. She also successfully facilitated
training for over 100 employees on financial
literacy using Zodiak training materials,
managed and implemented a Lominger Leader
Development Program, designed and facilitated
performance management training for new leaders,
Job Instruction Training for over 150 employees,
and Anti-Harassment and Discrimination training
for over 500 employees. Identifying and
assessing development needs to maximize cost
efficiencies is one of her areas of expertise.
She is also recognized for her approach to and
passion for people development, strategic
planning, and innovative problem solving.

Jeanne owned and managed FORTE Career Planning
and Coaching, LLC for 3 years.
Education and Training
Jeanne holds a
Bachelor of Science degree in Business
Management and Psychology from Central Michigan
University. She is also certified in Lominger
Leadership Architect development planning tools
and has completed course work toward
certification as a Career Development
Facilitator.
