Mary Jo Baweja is a Vice President, Client Services Consultant with Right Management.

Consulting Experience

Mary Jo Baweja joined Right Management in 2006 bringing with her 15 years experience in consulting, and organizational psychology. Mary Jo has worked extensively in the areas of leadership development, team building, candidate selection and assessment, as well as human resource consulting.  Prior to her role as a consultant, Mary Jo worked in Behavioral Health, providing services on both an inpatient and outpatient basis.

As part of the Right Management team, Mary Jo is responsible for business development and market expansion as well as maintaining client company relations and services. She assists clients in managing change, leadership development, and succession planning within their organizations.

Business/Organizational Leadership Experience

Mary Jo served as Clinical Director for the Psychological Medicine department of a hospital, as well as Director of Business Development for an Employee Assistance Program.  Mary Jo currently serves on the board for two West Michigan based organizations; Safe Harbor Children’s Assessment Center, and Disability Network.

Education

Mary Jo completed her Bachelor of Science and Masters of Arts and Sciences degrees at Western Michigan University.
