Bryan Blackburn is a Vice President, Client Services Consultant for Right Management’s Great Lakes Region. 

Professional Experience

Bryan joined Right Management in 2008, bringing more than 15 years of consulting, business management, and information technology experience.  Bryan began his professional career in Florida, where he expanded business along the east coast and mid section of the United States for an Information Technology company.  After relocating back to Michigan, Bryan played a significant role in growing a local firm into a large national company.  He also has experience working as a Branch Manager of Consulting Services for a staffing firm where he oversaw the operations of four West Michigan Branches.

As part of the Right Management team, Bryan is responsible for market expansion, account management and client services.  He will consult with and advise organizations on strategic business issues such as attracting and assessing top talent, developing employees, engaging and aligning the workforce to achieve maximum productivity, and transitioning workers. 

Business/Organizational Leadership Experience

Bryan is actively involved in the West Michigan Chapter of the Association of Information Technology Professionals (AITP)) where he was elected President in 2002 and 2004.  Bryan also serves on the Computer Information Systems Advisory Board at Ferris State University, where he represents the board on the Faculty Review Committee.   

Bryan was featured in the April 2006 edition of the Grand Rapids Business Journal in the Inside Track Section, titled “Blackburn Drives Growth”. 

Education and Training

Bryan completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts degree from Ferris State University.  Bryan also holds an Associates degree from Schoolcraft College.
