Rhonda Laurencelle is a Vice President, Organizational Consulting with Right Management.  

 

Consulting Experience

 

Dr. Laurencelle’s background includes a unique combination of internal corporate and consulting experience with global firms, and academic and clinical practice in psychology.  Her areas of expertise center on leadership assessment, coaching, mentoring and design and development of internal leadership programs.   

 Prior to joining Right, Dr. Laurencelle held the Chief Learning Officer position at Comerica Bank. There she developed the infrastructure for an enterprise-wide leadership development department responsible for training, internal/external coaching, mentoring, high potential programs, orientation and on-boarding, performance management, talent management and succession planning.

 Her previous consulting experience includes a General Manager position with Personnel Decisions International, a global human resource firm, where she maintained responsibility over consulting, sales and administrative functions spanning a multi-state territory.

 Dr. Laurencelle has been coaching business leaders for over 10 years.  Her combined background in psychology and business position her in the “sweet spot” to provide valuable insight and feedback.  More importantly, her focused goal-oriented approach produces tangible results.  Dr. Laurencelle’s style has been characterized as “down-to-earth” and approachable.  Most notably, she pushes clients to immediately apply new insights on the job throughout coaching engagements.  Her coaching produces new habits that are of significantly greater value to the individual and organization.

 

Business/Organizational Leadership Experience

Executive Assessments—Led hundreds of executive and managerial assessments for corporate development and selection purposes.

Executive Coaching and Development—Worked one-on-one with executives, managers and their organizations in a variety of coaching situations ranging from performance improvement to succession planning for high potentials.

Internal Program Development—Designed and developed and implemented enterprise-wide corporate leadership programs including an internal leadership university, performance management programs, talent management programs, and orientation & on-boarding programs.
