practice in psychology.

leadership assessment, coaching, mentoring and
design and development of internal leadership

Prior to
joining Right, Dr. Laurencelle held the Chief
Learning Officer position at Comerica Bank.
There she developed the infrastructure for an
enterprise-wide leadership development
department responsible for training,
internal/external coaching, mentoring, high
potential programs, orientation and on-boarding,
performance management, talent management and
succession planning.
Her previous
consulting experience includes a General Manager
position with Personnel Decisions International,
a global human resource firm, where she
maintained responsibility over consulting, sales
and administrative functions spanning a
multi-state territory.
Dr. Laurencelle
has been coaching business leaders for over 10
years.
Her combined background in psychology and
