ROGER LOUGHRAN

President Operations, Great Lakes Region
Roger Loughran serves as
the EVP Director of Operations for Right
Management Consultants, Great Lakes Region. In
this position he is responsible for the asset
management of the region as well as sales and
client support.
Professional Profile
Mr. Loughran has over 37
years of functional operations and human
resource management experience in both field and
corporate office environments. Most recently he
was Senior Vice President and Managing Director
for Right’s Detroit, Midland and Lansing
Michigan offices. Prior to this assignment he
was Senior Officer of Corporate Administration
and Human Resources for the Amerisure Companies,
a national Commercial Insurance Company. In
this position he served as a key member of the
senior executive team in designing and
implementing systems and processes in a
successful corporate turnaround situation. As
an executive leader, he has extensive experience
in areas including strategic and operational
planning, executive coaching, organizational
culture change, change management, incentive
compensation plan design, implementation of
workplace teams and employee communications.
Prior to this position he was the North American
Director of Human Resource and Corporate
Relations for the western and southern United
States territories of the Allstate Insurance
Company. While with Allstate, Mr. Loughran also
served in various management positions in
southeast Michigan for eleven years.
Roger obtained his
Bachelor of Arts degree at Baldwin Wallace
College in Berea Ohio with a major in Business
Administration and a minor in Human Resource
Management. His postgraduate studies included
strategic leadership courses at Northwestern
University. He was a Marketing and Economics
instructor for the United States Armed Forces
Institute while serving with the U.S. Army 46th
Special Forces Group in Thailand during the
Vietnam war. He is a member of the Human
Resources Strategic Planning Society, past
President of a youth soccer league, and
administrator of a foundation scholarship fund
in memory of his daughter, which provides four
annual college scholarships to students at
Western Michigan University. He also serves on
the President’s Advisory Committee for Walsh
College and is Board Vice President of Pine Lake
Country Club. |
